If you live in Brisbane, then of course you’ve heard all the buzz about TotalFusion in Newstead. And yes, it’s as beautiful in person as it is online. Six levels of sleek timber, soft lighting and wellness tech that makes your regular gym look like a garage.
Up on the rooftop, you’ll find a 25-metre heated magnesium pool with views to match. Next to it, a row of hot and cold plunge pools takes care of circulation, inflammation and bragging rights. Inside, it gets even better. There’s a snow room (yes, a snow room), red light therapy, a steam room, salt room, float therapy, full-spectrum infrared saunas and a hyperbaric oxygen chamber that feels more sci-fi than spa.
This place takes recovery seriously, but it still feels easy. Tap in with the app, book your time and drift between ice, heat and stillness like you’ve done it all before. Whether you’ve just finished a high intensity session or haven’t trained all week, you’re welcome to reset, recharge or quietly pretend you live here.
