If you grew up watching Ross say “we were on a break” like it was a philosophical position, or if you once tried to recreate the orange couch photo with your mates using your best friend’s daggy armchair, this one’s for you.
The FRIENDS Experience is coming to Brisbane from April 9, and it’s the kind of thing you’ll want to drag your whole group along for. Set inside Level Q at Uptown on Queen Street, the walkthrough experience features exact recreations of the show’s most iconic sets, including Monica’s kitchen, Joey and Chandler’s apartment, and a full Central Perk replica, along with replica props and costumes from the series.
The whole thing takes around 60 to 90 minutes, which is honestly the perfect amount of time to take approximately 400 photos and argue with your friends about who is which character.
Tickets start from $26, with normal, VIP and discounted options depending on how serious you are about the whole thing. It’s all ages, wheelchair accessible, and yes, children under three get in free, which is very generous given they have absolutely no idea what Friends is.
