Set inside a whimsical Tudor style cottage (yes, it’s as extra as it sounds), the distillery is a mix of old world charm and big personality. Inside, you’ll find a cellar door packed with bottles in every colour of the rainbow and a tasting experience that’s anything but ordinary. You can taste your way through over 80 flavours, from bush infused vodkas to dessert like schnapps, all crafted in small batches.
If sipping’s not enough, take a guided tour through the working distillery and on site museum. You’ll get a peek behind the curtain at how the magic happens, learn about the distillery’s history and see both their original and modern distilling equipment, some dating back over 25 years. Then settle in for a tasting of your top picks. It kicks off with a G and T or a spirit and mixer of your choice, just to set the mood.
For those wanting to get their hands dirty, there are hands on classes where you can blend your own spirit, craft your own liqueur or master cocktail shaking like a pro. You’ll walk away with your own custom bottle or at the very least, a solid buzz and a new party trick.
