Soufflé Japancakes

Ever seen those viral videos of wobbly Japanese pancakes that practically melt in your mouth? Well, guess what? You don’t have to fly to Tokyo to try them. Brisbane’s got its very own spot serving up these fluffy masterpieces and it’s all happening at Soufflé Japancakes in Greenslopes.

These pancakes aren’t your average stack. Light, airy and with a texture that’s almost too soft to believe. Each pancake is topped with dreamy homemade sauces and creams, creating a perfect balance of sweetness.

If you’re going to try one, make it the Kyoto Uji Matcha, Philadelphia Berries Cheesecake, or Crème Brûlée. Plus, there’s a tempting range of drinks, including matcha lattes and classic coffee, to wash it all down.
