SkyPoint

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a superhero with vertigo, SkyPoint Climb is your shot. Sitting on top of the Q1 in Surfers Paradise, it’s 270 metres of pure “what was I thinking?” followed quickly by “this is actually incredible.”

You suit up, clip in, and step out onto the world’s most scenic staircase. There’s ocean in every direction, the wind’s doing your hair no favours and someone in your group will definitely pretend they’re not scared. The view is ridiculous in the best way, like the whole Gold Coast decided to strike a pose just for you.

They’ll even let you lean out over the edge, safely of course, so you can really test your nerves. Afterwards, wander back down for a drink you’ve definitely earned. SkyPoint Climb is where you swap your flat white for an adrenaline rush and still end up grinning for the camera.
