Sincerity Bake & Brew by Jacorey Cafe

Sitting just across from Westfield Garden City, Sincerity Bake & Brew by Jacorey Café is Mount Gravatt’s newest obsession and for good reason. With its minimalist aesthetic, laid-back vibe and ridiculously good food, this Korean-fusion café nails that sweet spot between comfort and creativity.

Let’s talk croissants, because these ones aren’t playing around. The Spicy Croissant Dog packs a fiery punch with grilled pork sausage, mustard pickle and a hit of chilli flakes, while the Truffle Chicken Mushroom Croissant is pure decadence with creamy truffle sauce, mozzarella, fish roe and rocket. Seafood lovers, go straight for the Garlic Butter Prawn Croissant, which somehow manages to be buttery, garlicky and perfectly balanced all at once.

Then there’s the Chubby Sando lineup, and yes, they’re as loaded as they sound. The Ebi Katsu Sando (crispy prawn and jalapeño tartare) is a crunchy dream, the Chilli Karaage Sando turns up the heat and the Bulgogi Sando is comfort food at its finest. Even the Egg Sando and Chilli Egg Mozza versions feel like main characters. It’s pillowy omelettes, melty cheese, a little spice and a lot of satisfaction.

Of course, no visit is complete without one of their drinks. The matcha range deserves its own fan club. Matcha Latte, Strawberry Matcha, Dirty Matcha…anything you could think of, they have it. Or, go classic with a Jacorey Iced Coffee or Brown Sugar Milk Tea, both guaranteed to hit the spot.

Between the buttery croissants, Insta-worthy drinks and cool, minimalist interiors, Sincerity Bake & Brew is the southside café you’ll want to keep secret but won’t be able to.
