Turn up the heat this spring at the Queensland Superhot Chilli Festival, taking over Ballistic Brewing Co in Salisbury on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 November 2025. This fiery celebration of all things chilli brings together local growers, sauce makers, chefs and thrill-seekers for a weekend of flavour and fun. Wander through Hellfire Alley to sample sauces, rubs and snacks from more than 20 vendors, catch live cooking demos, or test your spice tolerance in one of the infamous chilli-eating challenges. There’ll be live music, family-friendly activities and plenty of cold craft beer to cool things down. Whether you’re a casual fan of mild heat or a full-blown hot sauce addict, this festival promises a good time with a bit of a burn.
