Milani Minus Eight Degrees

If your the type who skips mains and heads straight for dessert, Milani Minus Eight Degrees will be right up her alley. Tucked inside Sunnybank’s Market Square, this unassuming gelato spot has been quietly scooping up national awards. Yep, their peanut caramel flavour won best in the country. No big deal.

They’ve got the classics covered, but things get more fun with flavours like Ferrero Rocher, cucumber sorbet and white peach. The staff don’t skimp on servings, so bring an appetite (or at least someone willing to share).

It’s casual, it’s cool and once you’ve polished off your cone, you’re in the middle of Market Square arguably Brisbane’s best spot for a laidback food crawl. Take your pick from Korean BBQ, noodle houses, pho joints or bubble tea dens. It’s peak choose your own dventure territory.
