I am ARI Dessert Cafe

Korean desserts are all the rage and Brisbane’s I am ARI is serving up some of the best. This Korean-style dessert spot offers unique cookie flavours like Matcha S’more, Tiramisu and Matcha Velvet, alongside beautiful cakes made from fluffy sponge and airy fresh cream. Their desserts are pleasantly sweet without being overly sugary, as they minimise the use of sugar, hitting that “not too sweet” level that is so prized in Asian baked goods.

For a Mother’s Day treat that stands out, try their Flower Bouquet Cake. Layered with strawberries and cream, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Whole cakes can be pre-ordered with three days’ notice via their website or Instagram DM.
