FitazFK Gym

Located beneath the Story Bridge in Kangaroo Point, FitazFK Gym is a high-energy boutique fitness space designed to inspire and transform. What began as an online fitness movement in 2015 has evolved into a results-driven training hub, responsible for helping over 100,000 people worldwide achieve their health and fitness goals.

FitazFK specialises in functional movement, offering 28-minute small group classes that maximise results in minimal time. With a timetable featuring over 40 sessions—including HIIT, boxing, cycling, kickboxing, Pilates, and strength-based training—there’s something for every fitness level and goal. The gym also provides access to a fully equipped training floor, allowing members to complement their workouts with independent training.

Beyond group classes, FitazFK offers personal training with some of Brisbane’s best coaches, including ex-athletes and specialists who tailor programs to individual needs. But more than just a gym, FitazFK is a community-driven space, built on a legacy of passion, resilience, and connection. From the moment members walk through the doors, they become part of something bigger—a place where fitness meets purpose, and training is a way of life.
