BOUNCE Holiday Camps

School holidays are around the corner, and if you’re after something that’ll burn energy, build skills and keep the kids grinning from ear to ear, BOUNCE Holiday Camps are back across Queensland. These three-hour sessions run throughout the break and are packed with movement, games and coaching inside BOUNCE’s action-filled indoor playgrounds.

There are three programs to choose from, each designed to suit different ages and energy levels. Flight Squad is perfect for those who want to master the art of trampolining. With structured coaching and gymnastic technique, kids will work on tricks, flips and freestyle moves in a safe, encouraging environment. Ninja Squad takes things up a notch, combining elements of parkour, freerunning and ninja-style obstacle training. It’s fast-paced, fun and perfect for kids who love a physical challenge.

For younger kids in the early years of school, BOUNCE Squad focuses on the basics — helping them build coordination, balance and confidence through guided play. It’s a solid introduction to movement and a great way to get them involved in something active while school’s out.

Each camp includes 90 minutes of coaching, a short fruit break and an hour of host-led free play, giving kids a chance to explore the trampolines, dodgeball courts, and X-Park course. Whether they’re learning to bounce, balance or backflip, BOUNCE keeps them active and entertained while you get a few hours back.

Spots usually fill fast, so head to the BOUNCE website to check out the full schedule and book your preferred sessions.
