Batch Cookie Bar

What started as a lockdown baking project in a Brisbane kitchen is now one of the city’s most irresistible dessert spots. Husband and wife duo Ginger Mendoza and Soren Andersen turned their cookie experiments into Batch Cookie Bar, serving up thick, gooey and flavour packed cookies that will have your sweet tooth in overdrive.

Freshly baked every day at their Uptown store, Batch shares the space with another one of their creations, Lunar Pies – Brisbane’s first empanada bar. If you’re after something sweet and savoury, this is the perfect spot. And if you’re up for a stroll, Batch Cookie Bar also makes appearances at Brisbane City, New Farm and Milton markets each week.

Batch keeps things exciting with a fresh menu every week, offering new flavours to try. Best sellers include the OG Choc Chip, Ube Velvet Crackle and Red Velvet Oreo Chip but there’s always something to surprise and delight.

If you can’t make it in person, don’t stress, you can still get your hands on these freshly baked, handcrafted cookies by ordering straight to your door!
