Get ready, Brisbane – the rodeo is coming to town! The National Finals and showpiece event of the Stampede Series, the Empire Electrical Co Brisbane Rodeo rolls into the RNA Brisbane Showgrounds on the Method Race Wheels Arena on Saturday, May 16th, delivering a full evening of high-energy entertainment, world-class rodeo action, and country hospitality – all to crown the winners of the 2026 Stampede Series!
Watch Australia’s best cowboys and cowgirls go head-to-head in a high-impact lineup of bull riding and barrel racing, with thousands of dollars in prize money up for grabs. But the action doesn’t stop at the arena — wherever you turn, something’s happening. From Rodeo Runway bringing the style, to boot-scooting line dancing, roaming entertainment, kids’ activities, and a buzzing mix of food trucks and bars, the entire site is alive from start to finish. Add in live DJs, dance performances, and a headline set from The Wet Whistles, and you’ve got a non-stop, all-day experience that keeps the energy high no matter where you are.
The Empire Electrical Co Brisbane Rodeo is the last and largest event of the national Stampede Series, Australia’s largest rodeo circuit, and promises an unforgettable experience for the whole family. Gates open from 1pm with the rodeo action kicking off at 4:30pm and running into the evening.
