Athletix: Science-Driven Training

Athletix, located in Fortitude Valley, is a high-performance strength and conditioning gym designed for those who want to train like athletes. Backed by expert coaches accredited by ASCA and ESSA, the facility blends scientific training methods with hands-on experience to deliver results.

The gym’s warehouse-style layout is purpose-built for movement. A three-lane, 20-metre sprint track supports speed and acceleration training, while a 130-square-metre AstroTurf area allows for dynamic, sports-specific drills. The 120-square-metre strength and conditioning zone is fully equipped for building power, agility, and endurance.

Athletix offers group classes in Strength, Speed & Agility, Conditioning, Sprint Mechanics, Pilates, and Mobility, as well as specialised Sports Rehab and Athlete Programs. Small group sessions provide the structure and attention of personal training, ensuring every member receives expert guidance. The gym also focuses on youth athletic development, helping kids and teens build speed, agility, and strength to excel in sports.

By bridging the high-performance model to everyday fitness, Athletix makes elite training accessible to all—helping anyone move better, train smarter, and achieve real results.
